App Danger Work Featured In N.Y. Times

Rescue Lab’s App Danger work has been featured in a New York Times article by Tripp Mickle (Aug. 17, 2023, Section B, Page 1). The project identifies reviews in the Google and Apple app stores that have reports that indicate children are subject to abuse on specific apps. Apple dropped ten apps from its app store as a result of the project and coverage.
